Target group
The coaching is aimed at children aged 6-12 years.
If the child wishes, it can take place in the presence of an adult carer.
Reasons for coaching
Problems can be really stressful for you and your child. Sometimes you need a little outside support to help you move on. I'm here for you and your child!
The starting point for coaching can be a behaviour or habit that bothers your child, has bad consequences or has an unpleasant impact on you, the family or other people.
Examples: frequent arguments with parents/siblings, shouting in class, keeping school things untidy or messy, biting nails, shouting at or hitting other children, wetting themselves in everyday life, fear of spiders, being picky when eating, not speaking up enough in class, gambling too much, lots of self-doubt/self-deprecation, not being able to assert themselves, uncontrollable tantrums...
Organisation of the coaching
The coaching is based on the Kids' Skills programme by Ben Furman, but can also contain other elements (e.g. timeline from NLP; see my focus and working methods; click here). The focus is on learning the skills needed to solve problems. Certain steps are taken until the desired goal is achieved. Your child is heavily involved in the change process, takes responsibility, and recognises what they can master or overcome on their own with a little support. This can increase their confidence in themselves.
My concern
My aim is not just to help your child solve a problem or develop a new skill. My aim is to provide your child with a conscious and sustainable growth experience so that they can face future challenges with strength.
Prices
Coaching package of 3 x 30 min:
250 Euro (including VAT)
Additional coaching 1 x 30 min:
65 euros (including VAT); can only be booked as a supplement to the package
The coaching takes place online via Zoom. The price includes materials that will support your child beyond the coaching session to help them overcome challenges and go through life with strength.
Preliminary talk via Zoom
If you are interested, please send me an e-mail. We can then arrange an appointment for a free preliminary talk. If we agree afterwards that we think a coaching session makes sense, I will send you a booking link.
